1. Acceptance
By purchasing an eSIM through elesim you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service
elesim provides eSIM data plans for international travel. We resell connectivity from wholesale providers; coverage and speeds depend on local carrier conditions.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Full refund any time before installation. While an eSIM's status is still "uninstalled", you can request a full refund with no time limit and no questions asked. Once an eSIM is installed (its status moves from "uninstalled"), it can no longer be refunded, because the data allowance has been released to you. If an eSIM fails to provision after confirmed payment, contact support and we will re-provision it or issue a full refund.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use elesim for illegal activities, to circumvent carrier restrictions, or to resell data access to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
elesim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in Tokyo District Court.
