Data We Collect
We collect your email address for authentication and order notifications, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), eSIM provisioning data (ICCID, QR code), and usage statistics (data consumed, data remaining) to display in the app.
How We Use Data
We use your data to fulfill your eSIM purchase, send order confirmations, and display usage in your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Payment data is stored by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by using the "Delete account" feature in your account settings or by emailing support.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication (SameSite=Strict) and a geo-detection cookie to show relevant plans (httpOnly, 24-hour TTL). We do not use advertising cookies.
