How do I install my eSIM?

Go to Settings → Mobile / Cellular → Add eSIM (or Add Data Plan). Scan the QR code from your email, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually. The whole process takes under 60 seconds — do it on Wi-Fi before you fly.

Which devices are compatible?

Any eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device — iPhone XR or later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and many others. Check the compatibility page before you buy; if your phone can’t use it, you get a full refund.

My QR code isn’t showing after payment.

Provisioning usually completes within 30 seconds. The success page refreshes itself while it waits. If the QR still hasn’t appeared after ~2 minutes, check your email and your dashboard, then contact support@elesim.app with your order reference.

I have no signal after landing.

Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the elesim line (this uses the local partner network, not your home carrier), that the elesim line is set as your mobile data line, and toggle Airplane mode once. It can take a couple of minutes to attach to a network on arrival.

Can I use one eSIM in multiple countries?

Regional and global plans cover many countries in a single plan — look for a region name like “Europe” or “Asia”. Country-specific plans only work in that country.

How do I check my remaining data?

Sign in and open your Dashboard — each eSIM shows current usage, synced periodically.

Can I top up or renew my eSIM?

Plans marked “Top-up” can be reloaded from your dashboard without reinstalling. For other plans, just buy again — a new plan stacks onto your eSIM.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund any time before installation, with no time limit — that’s a competitive promise. Once an eSIM is installed the data is released to you, so it can’t be refunded after that. Request one from your Dashboard.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — elesim never stores your card details.
