Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple: it depends entirely on whether your eSIM has been installed — there's no time limit to worry about.
Before installation
Fully refundable · no time limit
If you haven't installed or activated your eSIM yet, you're eligible for a full refund — no matter how long ago you purchased it.
After installation
Non-refundable
Once an eSIM has been installed, it has consumed a unique carrier resource that cannot be returned to inventory. Due to the nature of digital eSIM delivery, we're unable to issue a refund after installation.
How to request a refund

Sign in to your elesim account.

Go to your Dashboard and find the order under Order history.

Use the "Request refund" action on the relevant order.

If eligible, the refund is processed automatically via Stripe and typically appears in your account in 5–10 business days.
Refund eligibility is checked automatically against your eSIM's install status at the time of the request — there's no manual review needed and no arbitrary time window.
